the 'cuore verde' farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval villages and historical towns centres.the house is a 17th century country villa integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill surrounding the scenario. the property is completely fenced in, making a total of 18 hectares of land, located at 2 km from spello. the villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard. the furniture is antique. the villa consists of three floors. the ground floor offers a professional kitchen, fully equipped and a large communal living room, bright and cool. in addition an impressive vaulted ceiling can be admired in the main hall. the villa can be hired entirely to host groups of 14 16 people including the adjacent apartments.

swimming pool,ping-pong,swing,barbecue,wood oven,television,computer and internet-point (adsl wireless),bicycles,washing machine,organic vegetable garden and orchard are also offered for the benefit of guests.

besides the activities in the farmhouse there is a horse riding school at one km. distance. visit to the umbrian art towns: spello,perugia,gubbio,todi,assisi,spoleto,orvieto,bevagna,montefalco etc. (about one hour by car). typical local food enogastronomic route: there are also the streets of oil and vine, (sagrantino, cantico vine), and pdo (protected designation of origin) olive oil. visit to enoteca properzio in spello, judged as one of the best wineries in italy.
