dimora novecento is an elegant flat completely refurbished to be used as bed & breakfast. is the perfect location to be based for visiting the whole abruzzo region, with its magnificent wild mountains, natural parks and traditional villages.

this accommodation in pescara gives all contemporary comfort set in a traditional italian palazzo-house built in 1890. the flat has four large bedrooms, all with private bathroom, air conditioning, broadband wi-fi, 32′ widescreen tv.

breakfast is served in the main room “salotto” or in the terrace, where guests can enjoy freshly made delicatessen and typical “cappuccino and cornetto”.

the location of dimora novecento is unique. sited in the old city center, steps from pubs, restaurants and all amenities. pescara nightlife is all here. no other hotel in pescara are so near to the famous pedestrian area of corso manthnè and via delle caserme.

also beaches are just 5 minutes cycling or by car and all kind of shops are all around. university is just 10 minutes walking, bus and train station are less than 200 mt.
