the apartment is situated at the beginning of via garibaldi, only 5 minutes walking from giardini where is the biennale art exibition and near lido di venezia with it's elegant beaches and the venice film festival. via garibaldi is a quite and characteristic street where you can find the real venetian life situated at 10 mintes walking from s.mark's square. it has any kind of shops (where you can buy every thing you need), bar, restaurants, ecc. public transports are very good to reach the railway station or piazzale roma (car park) or the airport.
the apartment is on the second floor with no lift and it's for 2 or 3 people. it's very light and it has been recently restored. it's very well furnished and equipped.
the accomodation offers:
- a living room with dining area and a confortable sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchenette;
- a double room;
- a bath room with shower;
satellite tv, washing machine, freezer, owen and microwave, independent heating, ironing board and iron.
Thank you for renting us your apartment which was so lovely. As Jack and I
wanted to visit the 2 biennale sites it
could not have been better situated and it was so nice to be overlooking a
canal. As requested I will leave a
recommandation on the website, but wanted to let you know as well how much
we enjoyed staying there.
